Jasper National Park offers year-round educational exhibits at two visitor centers: Jasper Information Centre and Ice Field Information Centre. Both also offer seasonal films and interpretive talks led by park rangers and special guests. Topics range from bear safety to park history and ongoing wildlife conservation and research projects. In addition, visitors can take part in roving interpretive activities and guided hiking expeditions. Check with the visitor centers for a current event schedule.
Jasper National Park Information Center is open year round, generally open from 9:00 am to early evening, depending on the season. Icefield Information Center is open April 30-October 15th from 9:00 am through evening. Check the Parks Canada site for current hours of operation.
